William F. Alcarese, Jr.


Mr. Alcarese is a litigation attorney who has handled a diverse nature of cases throughout his career. Currently, he focuses his practice on family law, but has experience handling criminal and civil matters as well.

Situations involving families including, but not limited to, divorce, custody/visitation, child support and protective orders are unique and complex. Mr. Alcarese is cognizant of this and gives his utmost attention and consideration to each case in an effort to work to a resolution. Mr. Alcarese also handles contested and uncontested adoption proceedings.

Mr. Alcarese grew up in Baltimore County. He graduated from Loyola Blakefield, Loyola College with a business degree, and the University of Baltimore School of Law, cum laude. Upon graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Kathleen G. Cox in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County and then entered private practice. He is an active member of the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.

Mr. Alcarese has been recognized as a Rising Star in the legal field in the state of Maryland by Super Lawyers Magazine for years 2016 through 2018.
